CNC drilling and milling compound machine tool is our latest self-developed compound processing equipment with high accuracy and high efficiency. Users can complete the milling, scribing, drilling, chamfering, tapping, and slope of the plate with one clamping Mouth cutting multiple processes. Features:
Machine tool gantry adopts heavy load structure, the overall structure is reasonable, industrial appearance design, higher accuracy.
NC multi-axis motion control, using EtherCAT bus communication, CNC and PLC, SERVO, communication speed 100M / S faster response, higher accuracy.
Two sets of mobile trolleys are installed as standard on the beam, one set is equipped with plasma swing and yaw body, and the other is equipped with drilling mechanism. The two sets of trolleys can move laterally independently.
Machine tool can be equipped with 24 disc magazines, automatic tool change, various tool process parameter interface settings, automatic and efficient completion of the drilling process.
The initial positioning of the torch uses a contact resistance method, and the anti-collision device uses a sliding structure, which has high reliability and good stability. It is equipped with a fine plasma power supply, with good cutting quality and high finish, and can cut non-ferrous metals such as carbon steel and stainless steel.
