CNCCompound Drilling Milling Tapping & Cutting (bevel) Machine is self-developed high precision, high efficiency compound processing equipment with international level.  A number of processing procedures such as milling, marking, drilling, chamfering, tapping, bevel cutting can be finished by clamping one time.  Whole machine design, manufacturer, installation, testing are finished totally under ISO9001 quality control system.
 
Features:
 
l、Machine gantry adopts the heavy load structure, reasonable overall structure, industrial appearance design, higher precision.
 
l、CNC multi-axis motion control, EtherCAT bus communication, communicated speed between CNC and PLC, Servo reached 100m/s, faster responding, higher precision.
 
l、Two moving station as standard configuration on crossbeam, one for plasma rotary bevel cutting torch, the other for drilling structure, which can move independently.
 
l、24 pcs disc type tool changer as optional choice, changing the tool automatically, interface to setting all kinds of tool technical parameter, finishing the drilling process automatically and efficiently.
 
l、Cutting torch initial positioning adopts contact resistance method; Anti-impact device adopts sliding structure, high reliability, good stability. It matched with precision plasma source, good cutting quality and good finish, which can cut carbon steel, stainless steel and other nonferrous metal
