Intelligent Profile Steel Cutting Production Line is new generation CNC profile steel production equipment self-developed by BODA CNC, it can do the plasma cutting high accurately and high efficiently.  The core technology is the initiate at domestic with the international advanced level.  

Intelligent Profile Steel Cutting Production line can cut the round pipe, square pipe, H beam steel, angle steel and other deformed steel, it can realize the up-down material automatically, transport material to cutting area automatically, mechanical arm with the precision plasma linkage finish the bevel cutting easily.

Intelligent Profile Steel Cutting Production Line has the perfect standard auxiliary device. The whole machine structure is composed of uploading and downloading material transporting device, mechanical arm cutting center, protective sheet metal.  

The CNC system adopts ECS CNC control system. ECS is the fastest processing speed CNC system which can do multi-axis motion control by EtherCAT bus communication. The communicated speed between CNC and PLC, Servo reached 100m/s, faster responding, higher precision. Standard friendly operation interface is convenient for customer to do developing, testing, diagnostic work maximally.

CAM system using BDCAM-A with the profile steel processing library and special graphic operation interface for square pipe, round pipe, angle steel, H beam steel, flat steel and others, quickly and easily.  

Auxiliary system can choose the fume purification device, remote control device, pipe detective device.

1. Special robot CNC system, ECAT + CODESYS can flexibly customize the robot control process, open internal control procedures, strong secondary development capabilities, core components are controllable and adjustable;

2. Multi-axis CNC technology + high-speed real-time EtherCAT fieldbus is used to replace the original simulation method to achieve high-precision synchronous control of the equipment; CoDeSys + A8-based software and hardware platform combines EtherCAT real-time bus and motion control algorithms to ensure that Real-time control of equipment;

3. The application of the absolute encoder eliminates the limit switch and the origin switch, which can greatly reduce the wiring while reducing the failure points;

4. Intuitive and visualized open bus network configuration and complete hardware device diagnostic functions provide a strong guarantee for convenient user programming and debugging, simplifying on-site operation processes, and achieving factory automation;

5. The software (CAM) system uses BDCAM-A to have a complete macro gallery of steel processing, which perfectly matches the CNC system of the whole machine and truly realizes it.
